Job Description: We are seeking a reliable, high-energy, and guest-focused professional to join our team as a Front Desk & Sales Representative. As the face of our premier RV resort and campground, this role is a dynamic blend of guest services, administration, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services & Hospitality: Greet guests warmly, manage check-ins/check-outs, answer phone lines, and ensure everyone has an exceptional stay.
- Sales & Bookings: Help drive resort revenue by converting phone/email inquiries into reservations, showcasing our amenities, and maximizing site bookings.
- Administrative Support: Keep the office running smoothly by maintaining digital files, handling correspondence, and using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Financial Tasks: Assist with basic financial tasks, point-of-sale transactions, and account reconciliation.
Job Requirements:
- Availability: Regular weekend and holiday availability, as these are our peak operational days.
- Experience: Proven experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or office clerical roles. Experience with multi-line phone systems is a plus.
- Computer Literacy: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Ability to learn specialized campground booking systems.
- Language Skills: Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse client needs effectively (English Spanish preferred).
- Soft Skills: Reliable, punctual, highly organized, and able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
