We’re Hiring: Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Work from Home!)
Looking for a flexible, remote position where you can put your organizational and tech skills to good use? We’re searching for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team for about 8 hours a week.
This role is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently. You’ll be helping with everyday admin tasks, bookkeeping in QuickBooks, and keeping our social media accounts active and engaging.
Job Description
- Helping with class registrations, scheduling, emails, and general admin support
- Handling bookkeeping in QuickBooks (monthly data entry, year-end reports, and 1099s)
- Posting updates and keeping our social media presence strong (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Assisting with reports, spreadsheets, and other projects as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Someone with QuickBooks experience (a must!)
- Comfortable using social media platforms
- Organized, reliable, and good with time management
- Great communication skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and get things done on time
