Acti-Kare of Anderson is looking for an Operations Manager to guide our team and support families in Anderson, Oconee, and Pickens counties. We provide non-medical, in-home care that allows seniors and adults with special needs to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.
This role is perfect for a motivated, people-focused leader who wants to combine strong management skills with a passion for helping others.
Your Role
- Oversee the daily operations of the Anderson office
- Support and supervise caregivers, ensuring they deliver excellent client care
- Manage caregiver schedules, track hours, and adjust staffing as needed
- Handle office functions including hiring, training, payroll, billing, and compliance
- Build strong relationships with families, referral sources, and the community
- Troubleshoot challenges quickly and proactively to improve the client experience
- Stay connected with company leadership through regular meetings and reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Previous leadership experience in home care, healthcare, or a similar setting
- Ability to organize, delegate, and manage people effectively
- A positive, problem-solving approach with a focus on growth
- Dependable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean background check
- (Preferred) Experience in caregiving or knowledge of in-home care services
