This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC Mill Programmer/Operator located in Meadville, PA. The CNC Mill Programmer/Operator will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC milling machines to produce precision components. Daily tasks include interpreting technical blueprints, creating machine programs, maintaining equipment, and ensuring parts meet specified tolerances and quality standards. Collaboration with team members to optimize processes and ensure deadlines are met is also key to this role.
- Proficiency in CNC programming, machine operation, and toolpath generation
- Ability to interpret and work with technical drawings, CAD designs, and blueprints
- Experience with precision measurement tools and ensuring high-quality standards
- Skills in troubleshooting and maintaining CNC milling machines
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate results
- Understanding of safety protocols and industry best practices
- Prior experience in Tool & Die or advanced manufacturing is a plus
- Relevant technical or vocational education is preferred
