Description

support end‑to‑end Workday HCM implementations, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment

Configure core HCM modules such as:

Core HCM

Compensation

Talent & Performance

Recruiting

Time Tracking and/or Payroll (preferred)

Translate business requirements into Workday functional designs and configuration solutions

Healthcare Workforce & Compliance Support

Partner with HR and operational leaders to support:

Clinical and non‑clinical job frameworks

Complex workforce structures (shift work, differentials, unions, contingent labor)

Credentialing and licensure considerations

Ensure solutions align with healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Boston, MA.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
