Water Resources Project Manager

Description

Our client is looking for a seasoned professional (10-15 Years) to oversee the planning and design of municipal water infrastructure projects. This position requires a strong technical bkgd in water treatment systems and proven experience in managing complex engineering initiatives from concept through completion. This position will be the Michigan Water Lead for the company.

Primary Responsibilities

- Direct and coordinate the design and implementation of municipal water facility projects.

- Develop technical reports, perform engineering analyses, and guide equipment selection and sizing.

- Prepare construction documentation and provide support during construction and commissioning phases.

- Conduct site evaluations and field inspections as needed; occasional travel may be required.

- Ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and budget objectives while fostering collaboration among stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Civil, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).

- At least 10 years of experience in water treatment facility design and planning; familiarity with wastewater and stormwater systems is advantageous.

- P.E. licensure

- Strong communication and leadership skills with a track record of successful project delivery.

This is a Permanent position based out of Southfield, MI.

The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
