We are seeking a skilled Validation Engineer to join our team and contribute to our industry-leading validation programs. This role involves developing and implementing validation strategies, managing projects, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will play a key role in supporting our mission to deliver high-quality products that help save lives.
Responsibilities- Support the establishment, reporting, and achievement of performance metrics and objectives for validation programs.
- Ensure consistent on-time completion of training assignments and mentor contractors and staff.
- Complete assigned projects within approved timelines and budgets, adapting to changes based on business needs.
- Maintain consistent communication with internal customers and stakeholders regarding project status and priorities.
- Develop and implement validation strategies, plans, and protocols for assigned projects.
- Write and process documents through company systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Stay up-to-date with current industry trends and ensure compliance with Quality Systems, ISO13485, cGMP, and other regulatory protocols.
- Provide support for internal and external audits and Quality System investigations.
- Experience in process validation, temperature controls, and risk assessments.
- Proficiency in performing shipping validations, including temperature validation during product shipping.
- Ability to conduct statistical analysis and utilize statistical process control.
- Experience with batch record reviews and quality testing validations.
- Familiarity with validation protocols and medical device regulations.
- Experience with PFMEA, stability testing, and stability validations.
- Experience with QC Lab Testing and working with medical devices.
This is an on-site role requiring you to work in the office every day during the 1st shift, Monday through Friday. You will work across various areas including manufacturing, shipping, analytical lab, and production lab areas.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Waukesha, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
