Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all on-site construction operations from mobilization through completion.
- Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, field crews, and vendors.
- Manage site logistics, sequencing, and manpower planning.
- Enforce jobsite safety standards and company policies.
- Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with Project Managers on project execution and reporting.
- Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation using Excel, Word, and project systems.
- Interface professionally with owners, inspectors, and internal leadership.
- Travel continuously between project sites as required.
Essential Skills
- 10 years of ground-up industrial construction experience preferred.
- Experience in industrial facilities, heavy steel, or big-box style construction.
- Proven experience performing full superintendent responsibilities on active jobsites.
- Willingness and ability to travel nationwide on a consistent basis.
- Skills in construction management, blueprint reading, subcontractor management, and commercial construction.
- Proficiency in using Procore and other project management systems.
This is a Permanent position based out of Bridgewater, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
