TRAVELING SUPERINTENDENT - AI DATA CENTER

Build the Infrastructure Powering Artificial Intelligence

A top national builder is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to support one of the largest AI-focused data center campuses currently under construction in the United States. This long-term opportunity will support multiple hyperscale facilities totaling millions of square feet with extensive site development, structural, architectural, MEP, and commissioning activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations from mobilization through turnover
• Manage subcontractors, logistics, schedule, safety, and quality
• Coordinate activities across structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, and civil scopes
• Drive production milestones on large-scale, fast-track projects
• Partner with project management teams, owners, engineers, and trade partners

Qualifications

• 7 years of superintendent experience
• Background in data center, manufacturing, industrial, semiconductor, healthcare, aviation, or large commercial construction
• Strong scheduling and field leadership skills
• Ability to travel full-time

This is a Permanent position based out of Fargo, ND.

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $180000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Fargo,ND.

This position is anticipated to close on Sep 14, 2026.
