Test Method Development Engineer (Medical Device)

As a Test Development Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of validating new product introductions (NPI) and existing medical device products. Your focus will be on developing innovative test methods, improving automation within processes, and updating documentation to ensure seamless validation.

• Develop new test methods to improve efficiency in validating medical device products.
• Focus on improving automation in the testing process.
• Build and design test tools and fixtures.
• Update and maintain accurate documentation.
• Work specifically on products such as catheters, guide wires, and implants.
• Ensure that the testing is mechanically focused to achieve set goals.

• Proven experience in test development.
• Expertise in fixture design.
• Strong skills in validation processes.
• Proficiency in automation.

• Experience in developing testing methods for medical devices.
• Mechanical focus in testing methodologies.

The role involves working with advanced testing technologies and equipment. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on innovation and efficiency improvement in a mechanically oriented environment.

This is a Contract position based out of Fremont, CA.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $76.00/hr.
