Test Engineer

Summary:

This role focuses on electrical troubleshooting, failure analysis, test support, and root cause investigation for production issues, customer returns, prototypes, and new product introductions. The position is engineering-driven and hands-on, supporting Quality and Test teams through technical analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct electrical troubleshooting and failure analysis on products.
• Perform root cause investigation for production issues and customer returns.
• Provide test support for prototypes and new product introductions.
• Work closely with Quality and Test teams to deliver technical analysis and support.
• Execute board level testing and circuit testing to ensure product quality.
• Apply methodologies such as 5Y and Fishbone diagrams for effective root cause analysis.

Essential Qualifications:

• Proficiency in electrical engineering and failure analysis.
• Experience with board level troubleshooting and circuit testing.
• Strong skills in root cause analysis, including the use of 5Y and Fishbone diagrams.
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent experience.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience with test engineering, including ICT and flying probe.
• Familiarity with RMA processes and procedures.

Work Environment:

The work environment is engineering-driven and hands-on, involving collaboration with Quality and Test teams. The role includes working with various testing technologies and methodologies to ensure the highest product quality.

This is a Permanent position based out of Tilton, NH.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
