Job Description
We are seeking a Spray Applicator who will be responsible for setting up high-pressure spray reactors, operating and troubleshooting reactor systems, and providing technical feedback to chemists to test chemical formulas for customer applications. The role also includes supporting various activities within the R&D lab and participating in trade shows, including traveling to customers and trade shows as needed.
Responsibilities
- Set up high-pressure spray reactors.
- Troubleshoot and operate reactor systems effectively.
- Provide technical feedback to chemists for testing chemical formulas.
- Support other activities within the R&D lab.
- Assist in the setup and support for trade shows.
- Travel to customers and trade shows for additional support.
- Expertise in spray equipment operation and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work closely with chemists to simulate field conditions.
- Proficient in proportioner and spray reactor technologies.
- Knowledge of polyurea, polyurethane, epoxy, silicone, and foam spray applications.
- Experience with spray foam, spray applicator techniques, and spray reactors.
- Familiarity with polyurea, polyurethane, silicone, and epoxy compounds.
The work environment consists of a chemistry lab and office setting, where you will collaborate with chemists, R&D personnel, and sales teams. The position operates on a first shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. This role offers the opportunity to travel for customer visits and trade shows, contributing significantly to the growth of the business and the development of new formulas.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brookfield, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
