The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports recruiting efforts by conducting candidate screening, completing reference checks and employment verifications, and maintaining accurate employee records. This role also assists with various human resources administrative responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma and one year of human resources experience required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Understanding of organizational operations and business objectives
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency with computers, HR systems, and internet-based tools
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Commitment to following infection control and workplace safety procedures

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide support to the recruiting process
• Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications
• Assist with sourcing candidates, conducting phone screens, and scheduling interviews
• Maintain recruiting documentation, including tracking spreadsheets and pre-screening materials
• Support the creation and maintenance of job requisitions and job descriptions
• Provide regular updates to candidates throughout the hiring process
• Respond to candidate and employee inquiries
• Maintain and update employee records in electronic systems
• Perform additional duties as assigned

The pay range for this position is $62300.00 - $62300.00/yr.
