Job Title: Systems Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Systems Engineer who excels in client collaboration and systems requirements analysis. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that system requirements are accurately defined and met.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to gather and understand their system requirements, ensuring that their needs are accurately captured and addressed.
• Perform detailed analysis of system requirements, translating client needs into technical specifications and actionable plans.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate system performance against requirements, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of system requirements, test plans, and evaluation results.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in systems engineering and systems test & evaluation.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on client interaction and requirements analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with test and evaluation methodologies and tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to mentor and lead junior engineers.

Work Environment

This position requires working onsite at the client's location. The role demands collaboration with various teams and engagement with clients in a professional setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $61.50 - $71.50/hr.
