Survey Manager

Description

Survey Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing several projects throughout NYC. Will have the opportunity to manage staff and develop new clients.

Responsibilities also include:

- Prepare data for field work, schedule field crews, review and process field data, perform adjustments and QA/QC

- Analyze surveying projects

- Interpret findings and ensure collection is completed correctly on time and within budget

- Mentor and train junior staff

- Maintain client relationships and assist with business development

- Write proposals and project scopes; budgets and reports

- Attend client and regulatory meetings

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- 8 years of surveying experience; both on the field and in office

- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Carlson software

- Surveying license or ability to obtain

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage staff and maintain quality control

- Experienced in proposal preparation, contract negotiations, job estimates, project management and managing budgets

This is a Permanent position based out of New York, NY.

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $155000.00/yr.
