Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) with a strong background in injection molding, blow molding, or device manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of industry experience, including at least 2 years in GMP manufacturing environments. This role is critical in supporting supplier relationships, driving quality improvements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for quality and technical issues with key suppliers, including Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs)
- Collaborate cross-functionally as a member of the Supplier Engineering Team to proactively manage supplier quality activities
- Monitor and report on supplier performance metrics, driving continuous improvement
- Support tool design and process development initiatives that promote a zero-defect approach to quality
- Lead and support New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts with a focus on high-speed automation, injection molding, and blow molding
- Conduct and oversee component, tooling, and process validations/verification
- Develop and validate test methods to ensure accurate and reliable quality assessments
- Manage supplier quality projects, including timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination
- Participate in supplier selection, evaluation, and auditing processes
- Lead and support Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to resolve supplier-related issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in supplier quality engineering within injection molding, blow molding, or device manufacturing
- At least 2 years of experience in GMP manufacturing required
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $132000.00/yr.
