We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee the development of large-scale man camp projects. This role offers an opportunity to manage the construction of a 4000-person city from the ground up, including civil work, underground utilities, and boardwalks connecting trailers. The projects range from $150M to $250M in size, with work on man camps for data centers.
Responsibilities- Oversee construction activities from concept to completion.
- Manage ground-up construction, including civil work and underground utilities.
- Coordinate scheduling and documentation for the project.
- Ensure all construction methods are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Lead the team in constructing boardwalks connecting trailers.
- Work closely with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Extensive experience in construction management.
- Proven ability in ground-up construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods.
- Proficiency in project scheduling and documentation.
- Heavy commercial construction experience is highly desirable.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $52.88 - $52.88/hr.
