Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead and oversee construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple teams and timelines effectively.

• Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Create and manage project timelines, coordinating with various teams for timely completion.
• Supervise construction processes, materials, and methods for compliance with project specifications.
• Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to guide construction activities.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA standards to maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor construction work to meet required standards and specifications.
• Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Procore, Bluebeam, BIM, and MS Project for project management and documentation.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

• Experience in construction management and supervision.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Procore, Bluebeam, BIM, and MS Project.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and architectural plans.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Attention to detail and time management skills.
• Experience in ground up construction and underground utility knowledge.
• Familiarity with tenant improvement and mixed-use construction.

This is a Contract position based out of Ormond Beach, FL.

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $48.00/hr.
