Superintendent

Join a dynamic team on an AWS data center project spanning 17 sites between Umatilla and Boardman, OR. This project, expected to conclude in late 2026, offers the chance to work on a program with potential for further opportunities. The role requires a commitment to a 40-hour work week, starting between 6 or 7 am.

• Develop a schedule and cost-effective plan for project completion.
• Collaborate with staff to create preconstruction estimates and budgets for materials and labor.
• Coordinate and schedule the work activities of tradespeople, professionals, and laborers.
• Inspect work regularly for quality and timeliness; prepare and provide progress reports.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure specifications and regulations are met.
• Ensure compliance with specifications and regulations outlined in architectural and engineering plans.
• Obtain required permits and licenses; execute construction contracts according to agreements.
• Monitor budget throughout the project and communicate variances.
• Maintain records related to costs and inventory.
• Address any safety violations or deficiencies.
• Collaborate with union representatives to answer questions and clarify procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in data center construction or industrial projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems in large projects such as industrial, manufacturing, or data centers.
• Procore experience.
• Experience with schedule management and vendor/subcontractor management.
• Technical acumen in electrical, low voltage, and mechanical scopes.

The work environment involves overseeing electrical and fire alarm replacements, with some programs incorporating mechanical scopes. Expect a collaborative atmosphere, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure project success. The position requires a regional candidate and involves approximately 80% GSA.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boardman, OR.

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Boardman,OR.
