Structural Engineer

**Onsite role- must be willing to drive to Beverly Hills, MI**
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage several high-complexity projects and multidisciplinary teams simultaneously.
- Direct or contribute to the planning, design, and technical review of structural systems and facilities.
- Perform structural analysis and design calculations for steel and concrete foundations and support structures.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and construction records.
- Collaborate with other engineering and architectural disciplines to ensure cohesive and coordinated construction documents.
- Review and approve shop drawings and submittals for compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, owners, and contractors to ensure alignment of project processes and deliverables.
- Supervise and mentor Structural Engineer I and II team members, providing guidance on project tasks and development.
- Communicate scope changes and project updates to the project executive and broader team.
- Conduct site visits to verify existing conditions and perform field measurements.
- Stay current with industry standards and maintain professional development in structural engineering.

This is a Permanent position based out of Beverly Hills, MI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
401k match (currently 3%), company & individual performance, 3 weeks PTO (first 5 years)
Workplace TypeThis is a fully onsite position in Beverly Hills,MI.
