Job Title: UI Developer

Job Description

As a UI Developer, you will be responsible for developing full-stack software that encompasses both hardware control and application software. You will design, build, and maintain clear, efficient, reusable, and reliable code using C#, XAML/WPF, and other relevant languages. Your role will include identifying bottlenecks and bugs and devising solutions to overcome these issues. You will propose design alternatives for team discussion, which will lead to functional applications, and collaborate with various disciplines and departments to develop and deploy new products. Additionally, you will interact directly with hardware components for development and testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack software from hardware control to application software.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using C#, XAML/WPF.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, devise solutions to these problems.
• Propose designs and alternatives for internal discussion within the team.
• Collaborate with various disciplines and departments to develop and deploy new products.
• Interact directly with hardware components for development and testing.

Essential Skills

• 6 years of experience working with C# / .Net and UI Design.
• Experience in UI design for Windows desktop applications, preferably development from scratch.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design and test-driven development.
• Proficiency in UI technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, Bootstrap, and CSS.
• Experience with WPF or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with Azure environment/tools, with DevOps being most important.
• Experience in automated UI testing.
• Ability to work quickly and dynamically in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with hardware control systems.
• GRCp certification.
• WinUI knowledge.

Work Environment

The role requires working on-site five days a week in a brand-new facility. The environment is highly collaborative and focuses heavily on research and development. The team operates in a fast-paced startup atmosphere, promoting innovative thinking and dynamic execution.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $62.00/hr.
