What You’ll Do

• Deliver professional civil engineering services across all phases of municipal projects—from design and documentation to construction oversight.
• Prepare plans, specifications, reports, budgets, permits, and schedules.
• Participate in design and construction meetings with clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Conduct site visits and provide construction observation to ensure adherence to design standards.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide timely updates on project progress.
• Stay current with industry trends and contribute innovative ideas to the team.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• EIT certification (or in the process of obtaining).
• 0–5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably with a municipal focus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with a humble, team-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in a smaller, non-corporate environment.
• Proficiency in engineering software and Microsoft Office tools.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
