Occupancy Planner
Overview
The Occupancy Planner partners with account leadership, service teams, and client stakeholders to deliver strategic and tactical space planning solutions. This role oversees occupancy planning programs, balancing space supply, demand, and utilization across the client’s real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client contact for occupancy planning, building trusted relationships and ensuring high client satisfaction
- Lead and coordinate occupancy planning initiatives, including relocations, restacks, renovations, and consolidations
- Collaborate with account leadership, IFM, PDS, and client real estate teams to align space strategies with business objectives
- Develop and present space plans, utilization studies, supply/demand analyses, and operational reports
- Ensure consistency with program standards, tools, templates, and processes
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery and implement recommended solutions
- Guide and support team performance, project delivery, and quality standards
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate real estate or occupancy planning
- Experience supporting large or complex portfolios
- Strong analytical, communication, and client relationship skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; familiarity with CAFM and space management systems

This is a Permanent position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $95000.00/hr.
