Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Solutions Architect to lead an S4 migration project. This role involves designing and implementing solutions to optimize business processes in collaboration with Production & Operations functions. The ideal candidate will contribute to defining strategic directions, determining business needs, and managing team members while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Interact with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand requirements.
- Analyze current system setups and designs to identify improvement opportunities.
- Configure and develop scalable solutions based on system designs.
- Provide guidance to team members and ensure project progress.
- Conduct PRE UAT, UAT, and prepare training documentation, offering onsite training.
- Support and contribute to Lean Sigma programs and activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality policies.
- Map business requirements to optimal technical solutions.
- Deliver technical functionality to meet business requirements.
- Manage people, distribute work, evaluate performance, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their performance.
- Solve complex problems using expertise.
- Maintain system support and align with ERP-SAP service delivery models and regulatory requirements.
- Create and maintain system lifecycle documents in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Participate in the Change Control process.
- Collaborate with production, operations, and supply chain to define detailed business requirements.
- Deep expertise in SAP system functionality and technical understanding, specifically SAP S4HANA Production planning, Manufacturing, and Quality.
- Experience with integrating SAP S4HANA.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Proficiency in English.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Agile & Scrum Certification, ITIL.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Integration knowledge with external systems.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $89.00 - $89.00/hr.
