Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Architect to align with business stakeholders, understand business processes and requirements, and translate these into effective IT solutions. The ideal candidate will organize solution design activities, design solutions within architectural boundaries, and capture the solution direction in the Product Solution Architecture (PSA).
Responsibilities
- Align with business stakeholders to understand and translate business processes and requirements into IT solutions.
- Organize solution design activities and involve the appropriate stakeholders.
- Design solutions based on business requirements while ensuring they fit within architectural boundaries.
- Capture the solution direction in the Product Solution Architecture (PSA).
- Arrange approval for architecture artifacts with business stakeholders, lead architect, architects of other domains, and delivery teams.
- Provide support, overview, and guidance in the specific business domain regarding successful adoption of changes and new technology.
- Work closely with the lead architect to co-create architecture roadmaps and plans aligned with the business strategy.
- Execute architecture roadmaps by maintaining and coordinating the architecture backlog of the business domain.
- Maintain the architecture repository.
- Provide architectural guidance to Agile engineers.
- Monitor the implementation of solutions to ensure alignment with PSAs.
- Proactively suggest improvements to the IT landscape within the business domain.
- Stay updated on new insights, architecture practices, technology, and developments in the IT and financial services markets.
Essential Skills
- Project management experience.
- Architecture expertise.
- Proficiency in scrum and agile methodologies.
- Experience with Pega technologies.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Certified in TOGAF.
- Certified in Archimate.
- Strong technology background.
- Sound understanding of architecture concepts.
- Familiarity with commercial lending and leasing.
- Experience in project management methodologies.
- Experience in software development methodologies.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
