Site Manager – Mission-Critical Data Center
Position Summary
The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing daily on-site activities for a project in Amarillo, TX. This role ensures safe, high-quality execution of construction and commissioning efforts while coordinating contractors, schedules, and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day on-site construction operations
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors
- Monitor project schedule, quality, and safety compliance
- Oversee installation of mission-critical systems, including power, cooling, UPS, and generators
- Support testing, commissioning, and project closeout activities
- Provide regular site updates and resolve on-site issues
Qualifications
- 7 years of site or construction management experience
- Data center or mission-critical facility experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of MEP systems
- Proven ability to lead field teams and manage multiple trades
- Solid understanding of OSHA and safety requirements

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
