Senior Superintendent
Description
Lead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through turnover
Manage daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and logistics
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with plans, specifications, and local regulations
Oversee complex excavation, underground work, and utility coordination
Maintain strong communication with project management, design teams, and stakeholders
Anticipate and resolve field issues to keep the project on schedule
Uphold high standards of craftsmanship consistent with a luxury hospitality project
Additional Skills & Qualifications
15 years of commercial construction experience, including ground‑up work
Proven success managing complex, tight‑site, or urban‑style projects
Strong background in excavation, underground structures, and utility coordination
Experience with high‑end hospitality or similar quality‑driven projects preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain a safe, organized jobsite

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
