Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role within the Operations team by ensuring the successful completion of projects. Your attention to detail and exceptional time management skills will be key in building the company's portfolio. You will work within structured project parameters while remaining adaptable to unique challenges that arise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the safety, quality, and profitability of projects.
• Manage all aspects of job setup, including project costing, labor hours, and scheduling.
• Schedule crews to align with customer timelines and collaborate with subcontractors as necessary to manage workflow.
• Develop and adhere to budget, timeline, and quality control plans.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national building codes and regulations.
• Prepare and review documents for billing purposes.

• Project management expertise.
• Mechanical and construction management knowledge.
• Experience in process piping and data center construction.
• Proficiency in time and materials and labor management systems.

• 5 years of experience supervising and managing construction projects.
• Ability to lead projects valued at $5 million or more.
• Experience in BIM and coordination management.
• Capability to handle multiple projects and project teams simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and budgeting skills.
• Proficiency with construction project management software.

The role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for overtime pay and additional incentives such as hardship pay. The position involves handling mechanical work and managing construction projects within a team-oriented setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Saint Louis, MO.

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
