Senior Project Manager – Electrical Construction
About the Role
Actalent is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale electrical construction projects. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage multiple Project Managers and ensure successful delivery of projects totaling up to $30 million. You’ll be the decision-maker for cost, schedule, and performance, driving excellence from planning through completion.

What You’ll Do
- Lead & Supervise: Guide multiple Project Managers across diverse electrical projects.
- Own the Process: Manage planning, execution, cost tracking, and project closure for projects up to $30M.
- Drive Performance: Make critical decisions on cost, schedule, and quality.
- Collaborate: Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Problem-Solve: Anticipate and resolve issues before they affect delivery.
- Report & Analyze: Prepare detailed monthly progress and completion reports.
- Promote Growth: Support cross-selling opportunities by showcasing integrated solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience:
- 15 years in selling, estimating, and managing large industrial or advanced technology projects.
- Electrical construction expertise, including heavy power distribution, instrumentation, and process control systems.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering 10 years of project management experience, OR equivalent field experience as an Electrical Foreman with PM capabilities.
- Skills:
- Project & construction management
- Change order management
- Electrical estimating & take-offs
- Accubid software proficiency
- Strong QA/QC knowledge and system turnover processes
- Labor, material, and contract management with earned-value tracking

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Portland, OR.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
paid holidays and PTO; Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, 401k plan and Employee Assistance Program.
