Additional Skills & Qualifications
- BS in Mechanical engineering - Open to 6 years but prefers 10 years of experience: strong emphasis has to be on hydraulic/pneumatic systems - Must be self-driven with minimal supervision - Strong Verbal communication - Leadership skills to direct small engineering team - Experience with building component aircraft ground test equipment preferred but not mandatory - Shop experience with working with hand tools with general knowledge of machining and metal fabrication strongly preferred
