About the Role

You’ll be involved in every stage of the process—from concept design to on-site integration—working on projects that push the boundaries of engineering innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop electrical control systems for complex industrial equipment.
• Program PLCs and HMIs, primarily using Allen-Bradley platforms.
• Create electrical schematics and layouts using AutoCAD.
• Support project proposals, schedules, and technical presentations.
• Specify electrical hardware and apply motion control systems.
• Write and test PLC, motion control, and operator interface software.
• Provide on-site commissioning and integration support.
• Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and clients to ensure technical objectives are met.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and design practices.

Required Skills

• Allen-Bradley PLC programming and commissioning experience.
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation and controls.
• Electrical design expertise and familiarity with HMI programming.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for electrical drafting.
• Motion control hardware application experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale machinery or heavy industrial systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Moline, IL.

The pay range for this position is $53.00 - $70.00/hr.
