Job Title: Scheduling Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Project/Installation Manager to lead and manage projects for our Shades/Blinds Division. The role involves overseeing all project activities from the office, including client relations, troubleshooting installation issues, scheduling, and dispatching technicians.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product delivery to clients.
• Ensure site safety and compliance with procedures by the team, conducting training as necessary.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project schedules.
• Review purchase orders and sales logs daily to update crew schedules.
• Manage material orders and delivery schedules.
• Communicate with general contractors to provide updates on delivery and work times.
• Conduct daily debriefings on work performed and generate reports.
• Select and validate subcontractors to execute work.
• Perform quality control on project completion.
• Assist in vehicle maintenance programs and GPS tracking.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to monitor inventory.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ideally some schooling in construction management or a related field.

Work Environment

The role is based in a professional office environment with a 'work hard, play hard' mentality. You will spend 80% of your time in the office managing crews and projects. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/hr.
