Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Scheduler to oversee and manage project schedules and costs using Primavera throughout the lifecycle of assigned projects. This role requires interfacing with various departments to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform all Primavera project schedule and cost related updates throughout the lifecycle of projects assigned.
- Interface with engineering, construction, planning, project management, and other transmission partners to verify updated Primavera schedule, resource, and cost information.
- Conduct and lead project schedule baseline review meetings with team members.
- Analyze project progress and make recommendations as to forecasted costs.
- Maintain estimated costs in Primavera.
- Perform final project assessment to ensure compliance with PCG standards.
- Assist in developing metrics and measures for the TE&PS project portfolio.
- Participate in development of project control standards and guidelines.
- Ensure planning, engineering, construction, and project management are following PLMP processes.

- Eight years’ experience interfacing with engineering, construction, planning, and project management

This position is primarily remote with the requirement to be in the office a couple of days per month. Office visits will be scheduled at least a month in advance.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Louisville, KY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $56.00 - $60.00/hr.
