Sanitation Technician

The sanitation technician is responsible for the cleaning and sanitizing of production equipment. The sanitation technician must perform these responsibilities safely, efficiently, and with professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and upkeep of production equipment.
• Efficiently disassemble and reassemble production equipment for proper cleaning.
• Be aware of the chemical properties and proper use of cleaning solutions.
• Complete necessary reports, logs, and documentation related to the job.

• Experience in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point).
• Understanding of FDA regulations.
• Strong sanitation and cleaning skills.

• Experience with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform work within exact standards and tolerances.

Multiple shifts are available. Opportunities for overtime, especially during the harvest season, are plentiful. The facility offers opportunities for learning and growth.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Appleton, WI.

The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $52000.00/yr.
