RF Design Engineer

Job Description

The RF Engineer will work closely with RF design engineers to design, develop, and test transceiver sub-systems for mission-critical communication systems. The role involves testing for regulatory compliance and conducting engineering studies to enhance performance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with RF design engineers in the development of RF functional areas such as receiver front ends, zero or near-zero IF designs, transmitter power amplifier chains, VCO, and synthesizers.
• Support regulatory and performance testing.
• Execute test plans and generate documentation to ensure requirements are met.
• Utilize software tools and test equipment to assess electronic designs.
• Design, debug, and test digital and analog circuits.
• Support production facilities and interface with Test Engineers and factory personnel regarding testing and production of products.
• Perform other work-related duties as necessary.

Essential Skills

• 5 years of experience in designing RF technology on the manufacturer side
• Experience with Simulation and Tools
• RF Circuit design skills
• Experience with Cadence or similar software.
• Understanding of FM modulation.
• Experience with Audio and/or radios nice to have

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sunrise, FL.

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $72.11/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Sunrise,FL.
