We are seeking a dedicated Research Associate II to conduct research, development, and manufacturing laboratory experimentation supporting various projects. You will exercise technical expertise and discretion in designing, executing, and interpreting experiments that contribute to project strategies. You will prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols, and quantitative analyses, presenting and discussing results within the department and project team. You must maintain a high level of professional expertise through familiarity with scientific literature and may participate in conferences and professional societies. Compliance with company policies and procedures for GMP, GLP, and Design Control is crucial, alongside maintaining complete and accurate laboratory documentation and electronic files. You may act as the principal investigator in conducting your own experiments.

- Bachelor's degree in Science.
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in basic and a range of specialized laboratory techniques.

- Skill in using word processing, spreadsheets, graphical, and presentation software applications.
- Familiarity with GMP, GLP, and Design Control procedures.
- Experience in preparing technical reports and quantitative analyses.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, suggesting creative solutions to problems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and implementing corrective actions.
