Remote Architectural Project Manager (Industrial)

Job Description: Must have industrial project experience

This role involves serving as a liaison between various engineering disciplines within the firm, ensuring seamless communication and project progression.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for industrial architecture projects.
• Track project progress to ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with construction companies to align schedules with all parties involved.
• Travel to job sites when necessary, with travel not exceeding 25%.
• Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and progress.

Essential Skills

• Proficient in project management, architectural design, and industrial design.
• Expertise in Revit Architecture and AutoCAD.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Industrial Architecture design.
• Strong understanding of building codes and construction processes, including schematic design versus design/build construction.
• Must be a registered architect

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.

The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $68.00/hr.
