Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Analyst
Job DescriptionThe Regulatory Compliance Analyst will play a crucial role in advancing the implementation of digital systems for document management, nutritional specification, and label development. This position requires interfacing with customer systems such as TraceGains and others for documentation management. Additionally, the role involves engaging with the Kosher system and participating in sustainability programs related to RSPO and the Rainforest Alliance. Regulatory compliance, food safety, and product development will be key areas of participation.
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing digital systems for document management and label development.
- Interface with customer systems such as TraceGains for managing documentation.
- Collaborate with the Kosher system and participate in sustainability programs regarding RSPO and the Rainforest Alliance.
- Engage in regulatory compliance, food safety, and product development tasks.
- Report to the Regulatory Compliance Manager.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in regulatory compliance and document management.
- Experience with TraceGains and Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Knowledge of laboratory practices, SQF, FSMA, and regulatory affairs.
- Ability to manage regulatory documents, submissions, and compliance processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, nutrition, microbiology, biology, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the food industry, bakery experience preferred.
- Familiarity with the Code of Federal Regulations (21 CFR Sections).
- Experience with cloud-based food safety, quality management, and nutritional systems.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Halethorpe, Maryland.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
