Job Description

You will be responsible for conducting material inspections and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement within the department. Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations of incoming materials to ensure alignment with defined standards and specifications.
- Verify that final products and packaging meet predetermined quality benchmarks.
- Adhere to established operational protocols, procedural guidelines, and testing frameworks.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection outcomes and relevant data within designated tracking systems.
- Identify and address deviations from quality expectations through formal escalation procedures.
- Facilitate communication and sample/data exchange with external stakeholders when necessary.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and eliminating inefficiencies.
- Apply structured problem-solving tools to implement lasting enhancements.
- Uphold organizational standards for cleanliness, order, and consistency across workspaces using a five-principle system.

This is a Contract position based out of Chaska, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
