Job Title: Quality Technician

Job Description

This full-time, onsite position from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, involves performing quality inspection and acceptance of incoming components, in-progress product assembly, and final product inspection. The role ensures the manufacturing quality of the products, demanding strong mechanical acumen, logical reasoning, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

3 parts of the job.

1. Inspecting incoming parts. – Visual inspections, Micrometers and Calipers
2. documentation and quality approval of the work orders. Help with non-confirming reports
3. Calibration coordination.
4. Documents and training procedures. Managing document changes. Comfortable with computer, getting into Microsoft word.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• high attention to detail in a regulated environment.
• Associate degree preferred. Highschool or GED required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a quality assurance role in a regulated industry—medical device manufacturing preferred.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincolnshire, IL.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Lincolnshire,IL.
