We are seeking a dedicated Quality Specialist to join our team. This role involves participating in Electronic Batch Record (EBR) process mapping sessions with cross-functional teams, providing Quality Assurance (QA) input, and leading QA activities related to validation and batch disposition.
Responsibilities- Participate in EBR process mapping sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Provide QA input, impact assessment, and approval into draft change controls documentation review.
- Perform QA validation review and oversight during recipe build reviews and recipe demos.
- Monitor floor issues related to validation execution.
- Lead and support QA batch disposition activities post-validation execution.
- Coordinate training and communication with local QA peers.
- Ensure readiness for Go-Live and provide post Go-Live support.
- Attend cross-functional meetings as the EBR QA Lead.
- Effectively communicate complex technical issues to all levels of management.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
