Quality Specialist

The Quality Specialist is responsible for supporting the Quality Department with various functions, including audit coordination, document control, engineering change tracking, data support, and general administrative tasks.

• Schedule and track Layered Process Audits (LPAs) and Internal Audits.
• Maintain audit logs and follow up on corrective actions.
• Support document control activities, including revisions, tracking, and distribution.
• Assist with Engineering Change Order (ECO) tracking and routing.
• Maintain stamp issuance logs and authorization records.
• Support the organization of inspection delegations.
• Compile and update quality metrics and reports.
• Provide general administrative support to the Quality team.

• Experience in auditing and document control.
• Proficient in Quality Management System (QMS) management.
• Knowledgeable in inspection processes and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Familiarity with AS9100 and AS9102 standards.
• Ability to track and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Comfortable working with data and tracking spreadsheets.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured environment.

• Experience in manufacturing or a regulated environment (e.g., AS9100).
• Exposure to quality systems or audits.

This role is situated in a manufacturing environment. The company has experienced consistent growth over the past ten years and supports multiple thriving industries including aerospace, defense, space, semiconductor, and medical. The Quality Specialist will play a key role in maintaining and sustaining the company's growth trajectory.

This is a Contract position based out of Sharon, MA.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Sharon,MA.
