Description
Seeking an experienced Plant Quality Manager with strong automotive background, ideally supporting Ford and GM. This leader will oversee plant quality performance, ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer‑specific requirements, and act as the primary customer liaison. Responsibilities include managing the quality team, driving product and process quality during launch and production, leading PSCR‑related activities, coordinating supplier quality issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must‑Haves:
- Experience working with Ford and/or GM
- Strong IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 background
- Customer‑facing quality leadership
- Proven team management experience
Nice‑to‑Haves:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering (preferred, not required)
- Ford Q1 portal experience
- AIAG Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC)
- Root cause & corrective action training (8D, 5‑Why, etc.)

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
