Responsibilities
- Conduct on-floor measurements to ensure quality standards are met.
- Validate the quality of structures through thorough inspection processes.
- Perform receiving inspections to verify incoming materials meet specifications.
- Carry out end inspections to ensure final products are up to standard.
- Prepare and maintain daily reports documenting quality findings and actions.
- Manage quality documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Essential Skills
- 2-3 years of experience in quality inspection and control.
- Proficiency in inspection and visual quality checks.
- Ability to read and understand technical prints.
- Experience with measurements and quality documentation.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with advanced metrology tools such as Faro Arm, CMM, and Light Laser is a plus.
- Experience supporting space programs is advantageous.
Work Environment
The position is based onsite in Decatur, with working hours from 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM for the 2nd shift. Some flexibility is offered, and overtime is available but not guaranteed. Daily instructions will be provided by the Quality Control Manager. The workplace is committed to maintaining a collaborative and supportive environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $34.50/hr.
