Quality Control Laboratory Technician

We are seeking a diligent Quality Control Laboratory Technician to perform routine lab testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. This role ensures that all testing is conducted according to established procedures and contributes to maintaining high-quality standards.

• Conduct routine laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products following established procedures.
• Record and analyze test results accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure a clean lab environment.
• Prepare chemical solutions, reagents, and samples for testing.
• Assist with quality investigations and root cause analysis when test results fall outside specifications.

• 1-3 years of laboratory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency in laboratory equipment and testing procedures.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
• Experience with ERP/MRP and SAP systems.
• Knowledge of chemistry and calibration processes.

• AA or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field preferred.
• Current students in related fields are also encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of the industry and networking capabilities is a plus.

Join a small, dedicated team working across two shifts. The position requires wearing a mask due to powder and dust in the air. The role is onsite from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. After 90 days of employment, you will be eligible for 40 hours of CA sick pay.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Mirada, CA.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
