Job Description
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will ensure that the quality of built assemblies meets all customer expectations. Your role involves determining the root cause and implementing corrective actions for product defects, managing quality system requirements, supporting internal quality audits, participating in new product development and failure investigations, improving quality, and reducing defects. You will also interface with suppliers and customers concerning program quality requirements.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality of built assemblies meets customer expectations.
- Determine root causes and implement corrective actions for product defects.
- Manage quality system requirements.
- Support internal quality audits.
- Participate in new product development and failure investigations.
- Work to improve quality and reduce defects.
- Interface with suppliers and customers regarding program quality requirements.
- Experience with quality assurance, preferably in aerospace.
- Familiarity with AS9100, Mil-Std, and NASA Std.
- Experience in root cause, preventative, and corrective actions.
- Experience in non-conformance reports.
- Knowledge of quality management and quality management systems.
- Aerospace experience.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $58.00/hr.
