Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Associate specializing in Quality Management Systems (QMS) to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Review and assess product complaints to ensure quality standards are met.
- Conduct thorough incident investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Manage the CAPA (Corrective Action/Preventative Action) program effectively.
- Perform both internal and external audits to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- Approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance with quality guidelines.
- Provide validation assistance when necessary to support the quality assurance processes.
- Handle additional Quality Assurance tasks as designated by the Director.
- Assist with batch review for release when the batch release team requires support.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- A four-year college degree in a Scientific Discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance roles.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Quality Assurance, specifically with CAPAs, investigations, and deviations within QMS.
- Proficient in handling product complaints and conducting SOP reviews.
- Experience in batch record review, CAPA management, and performing audits.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Prospect, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.00 - $36.00/hr.
