Responsibilities- Prepare and compound raw materials according to established formulas and specifications.
- Conduct quality control checks to verify that all compounded materials meet required standards.
- Maintain accurate records of batches including materials used, quantities, and any deviations from standard procedures.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with CGMP regulations.
- 3-5 years of experience with fragrance compounding.
- CMS experience (batch metrics, markov, etc.).
- Knowledge of formulations with powders, liquids, and resin.
- Mixing, Chemical, Compounding expertise.
This role is based in a laboratory environment. The position involves working with raw materials and requires adherence to safety protocols. The work supports a global flavor R&D and manufacturing team, serving multiple international customers with a business expansion target of 200% in the next five years.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
