Description
Monday - Friday 12pm - 8pm .
Dairy company that produces white milk, chocolate milk, ice cream, eggnog, sour cream, etc.
The quality technician supports production by testing on all incoming material, process, and outgoing products as well as environmental testing.
On a daily basis the quality technician with perform:
- Bacterial plating
- Microbiology
- PH testing
- Infrared reader in butter fat and total solids
- Titratable acidity
- Machine calibration
- Weight checks
Will need to be open to all shifts for the fist month and a half. After this period the will be of first shift.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
B.A., B.S. or Associate's degree with labs in Biology or related field is desired.
Aseptic technique is desired but not required.
Candidate must be a quick learner, have interpersonal skills and be able to multitask. Restaurant industry experience would be great!
The technician will be required to taste products so that can not be lactose intolerant.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
