Quality Assurance Associate / Document Control Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain document control for GMP documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with paper-based data integrity requirements.
• Issue and reconcile raw data form sheets in a controlled manner.
• Organize and manage GMP documentation, including filing, tracking, and retrieving completed records such as batch records, protocols, logbooks, and modules.
• Provide project support and identify opportunities for process efficiencies.
• Revise and route GMP documentation through the Document Management System (DMS).
• Create and maintain templates for quality processes to improve efficiency.
• Ensure all GMP documentation adheres to regulatory compliance standards.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of GMP principles and practices.
• Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Word.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of quality assurance and regulatory compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline preferred; candidates with relevant industry experience in GMP documentation will be considered.
• 1 years of experience in document control or quality documentation within a GMP-regulated environment.

This is a Contract position based out of Shawnee Mission, KS.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Shawnee Mission,KS.
